2010 Updates - Updated May 19,

| It's been awhile since I updated my
website, so I thought I would take a few minutes to let you know
what has been going on. I'm so glad spring is here!! My parents
bought me a Honda 300 over the winter. Not quite ready to race it
yet though. First off, I'm not old enough, but my birthday is next
month! . I won't be back on the track though until my parents feel
comfortable enough to let me out there with my bigger machine. All
I can do is keep practicing until they feel I am ready. Gotta learn
to use that clutch! |
| This spring I picked up a new sponsor,
Dreyer
Honda out of Indianapolis. They are pretty awesome! Thanks to
Dreyer, I now have a Honda 300 practice quad too. It's nice to know
I have a 2nd machine to practice on; keeping my racing quad strictly
for racing. Thanks Dreyer Honda!! I was also Monster Army's "Amateur
Athlete of the Month" on their website in April. That was a
pretty amazing honor. They only choose 12 amateur athletes per year
to feature, and I was one of them! Thanks Monster! |
| So, what have I been doing to keep busy
since the end of the last racing season? Well, besides going to
school, I helped manage the CMS boys basketball team over the winter.
Then this spring I signed up for softball. It's been pretty fun.
My games end in June...just in time for racing! This past weekend
we took a trip out to G&S. My brother was ready to race, and
it was his first race this season. He did pretty awesome, finishing
in 3rd place. Great job Adam! My cousin Erin and her family also
came to the track. Erin has always been a leisure rider until this
season, when she decided to get her feet wet and try out racing.
She amazed us all by taking 1st in her class! Awesome job Erin!!
I think after this race, she will definately be hooked! So, I am
sure you will be seeing her at the track this year. |
| It was so nice to be back at the track.
I missed it soooo much. Even though I can't race for awhile yet,
I will be coming to the track to watch my brother race. Maybe I
see some of you there! :) |
